Nicholls began their journey back in 1992 as six entrepreneurs sitting down to dinner together came up with the idea. This idea materialised with the opening of Nicholls in Woburn Village in January 1994 and to date Nicholls is still privately owned and still has 2 of its founder members at the helm.
A wonderful warm and friendly welcome is what we prided ourselves on in those early years! This was before becoming renowned locally for our fantastic menus and producing good food for our customers, using only the freshest of ingredients and as much as possible using local suppliers and British produce.
